摘要: 鉴于很多朋友问我怎样用电饭锅做蛋糕,所以看到别人空间有就转过来和大家分享啦~~­甜点会让人快乐,希望大家可以享受制作美食的过程~~­­准备好材料:面粉,鸡蛋,牛奶,盐,糖,油­注意:这个过程不能沾一滴水,器皿都擦干再用哦。­­­­按量打

    <p><b fromubb="1">鉴于很多朋友问我怎样用电饭锅做蛋糕,所以看到别人空间有就转过来和大家分享啦~~&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">甜点会让人快乐,希望大家可以享受制作美食的过程~~&shy;</p><p>&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">准备好材料:面粉,鸡蛋,牛奶,盐,糖,油&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">注意:这个过程不能沾一滴水,器皿都擦干再用哦。&shy;</p><p>&shy;</p><p><wbr/>&shy;</p><p>&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">按量打蛋,在这里我用了4个,<b fromubb="1">蛋清分离&shy;</p><p><wbr/>&shy;</p><p>&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">三根筷子准备打蛋清&shy;</p><p><wbr/>&shy;</p><p>&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">打两下就这样了&shy;</p><p><wbr/>&shy;</p><p>&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">为了突出甜,放一点点盐&shy;</p><p><wbr/>&shy;</p><p>&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">一勺糖&shy;</p><p><wbr/>&shy;</p><p>&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">继续打继续打继续打....&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">有点稠时再放一勺糖,继续打&shy;</p><p><wbr/>&shy;</p><p>&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">大约15分钟后,就会变成奶油状,而且筷子上的不会掉下来&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">这个过程比较关键,15分钟连续打,不是闹着玩的,很痛苦滴&shy;</p><p><wbr/>&shy;</p><p>&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">蛋黄里放两勺糖&shy;</p><p><wbr/>&shy;</p><p>&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">3勺冒尖的面粉&shy;</p><p><wbr/>&shy;</p><p>&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">6勺牛奶&shy;</p><p><wbr/>&shy;</p><p>&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">搅拌好&shy;</p><p><wbr/>&shy;</p><p>&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">倒入一半奶油状的蛋清&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">注意:上下搅拌而不是打圈&shy;</p><p><wbr/>&shy;</p><p>&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">搅拌均匀后再倒入另一半奶油状蛋清,上下搅拌好&shy;</p><p><wbr/>&shy;</p><p>&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">电饭煲按下煮饭健预热1分钟后拿出,锅有点热就可以&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">倒入少许油,均匀涂在锅内,以防粘锅&shy;</p><p><wbr/>&shy;</p><p>&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">倒入搅拌好的东西,然后蹲几下锅,把气泡震出来&shy;</p><p><wbr/>&shy;</p><p>&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">按下煮饭键,2分钟左右会自动跳到保温档,这时用毛巾捂住通风口,闷20分钟&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">然后再按下煮饭键,20分钟后就OK啦&shy;</p><p><wbr/>&shy;</p><p>&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">开盖咯&shy;<p><wbr/>&shy;</p><p>&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">锅内涂了油,一倒就出来啦,蛋糕底部颜色比较深&shy;</p><p><b fromubb="1">松软可口的蛋糕,大功告成啦!掌声响起来&shy;</p><p><wbr/>&shy;</p></p>
